BabbleBee Billing Policies
- Membership and/or service fees are due at the time of subscription and are paid in advance.
- A BabbleBee membership or service is an annual agreement. The agreement will be automatically renewed on an annual basis, if we do not receive cancellation notice 30 days prior to the agreement expiration date.
- To cancel an annual agreement, so that it does not automatically renew, members must change their account status. For members to change their status, they must go to "My Account", "Account Details"and select the option not to automatically renew. Members will receive an email reminder prior to the auto renewal being processed. In order to not be billed through our automated process, it is members’ responsibility to set their account not to auto renew: Members are responsible to monitor their account renewal date and pay notice to this email reminder about the auto renewal. If the member’s account is set to auto renew and the credit card account has already been billed, and the member then decides to cancel within a grace period of 24 hours following the auto renewal, the member will be charged a $40.00 processing fee for return of the membership fees. After 24 hours, the fees are non-refundable.
- BabbleBee requires that either a credit card, or checking account, be stored on file for renewal fees and any other usage fees that are incurred. BabbleBee will automatically store a User’s selected payment on file for future fees, when a User's first purchase is made. By making a purchase, a User authorizes BabbleBee to store that selected method of payment and to initiate future, incurred charges to it in accordance with this provision.
- All BabbleBee fees may be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Echeck, or BabbleBucks. On all invoices, if a member participates in the BabbleBucks program and has a positive balance, a member's BabbleBucks will be applied towards the fees owed, and the remainder of the invoice will be charged to the User's selected form of payment. Users select their chosen form of payment at the time of service enrollment, and BabbleBee stores the initial payment method for future purchases per No. 4 above; however, the method of payment can be changed at any time by going to My Account and clicking on “Edit Billing Profile”.
- Renewal fees must be paid by the date that they are owed. A User will be sent an e-mail notifying him or her that the fees are due at 30 days and at 14 days prior to the actual due date. On the due date, the fees will automatically be withdrawn directly from Users' selected form of payment, and a notice will be sent to the member that the fees have been charged. If a User's renewal fee is not paid by the due date for whatever reason, then a User's agreement will be cancelled and all associated priveleges will be revoked.
- It is Users' responsibility to ensure that the account designated for payment is current and has adequate funds to cover electronic payments. If a charge is denied, or if payment is not made timely, a User will be charged a $20 administrative fee. If an account is past due after its due date, the service will be cancelled and the User will owe an administrative fee of $20 for processing costs associated with the cancellation.
- A membership or service cannot be transferred from one person to another unless the individuals that are transferring are both from the same company.
- A membership or service agreement entitles one individual to the BabbleBee networking community privileges. If additional individuals from companies want a BabbleBee membership or service, additional fees will apply based on BabbleBee’s currently published service fees.
