1. Compensation Opportunities

A Queen/King Bee is paid commissions for members that join their hives, for leads that are exchanged in their hives, and for additional BabbleBee services for which their hive members subscribe.

2. Hive Commissions

2.1 Members Sold by the Queen/King Bee

2.1.1 BabbleBee will pay a Queen/King Bee a $40.00 commission for each individual who joins the Queen/King Bee's hives, unless the new hive member is referred by an existing BabbleBee member (See Section 2.2).

2.2 Members Referred by an Existing BabbleBee Member

2.2.1 BabbleBee will pay a Queen/King Bee a $10.00 commission for each individual who joins the Queen/King Bee's hives, whom has been referred by an existing BabbleBee member. We pay the referring member a referral fee of $30.00. The commission and referral fee will be distributed to the Queen/King Bee's and referring member's BabbleBucks accounts respectively.

3. Lead Commissions

3.1 Members agree in their Terms of Service to pay a referral fee of a minimum of $25.00 or 10% of the sale or service (whichever amount is greater) to any referring member who has given them a lead that results in a sale or service - unless they are opted-out of the BabbleBucks program. The earned referral fee will be dispersed as follows: We will pay the Queen/King Bee to whose hive the referring member belongs a commission of $5.00 or 20% (whichever amount is greater); the referring member a referral fee of $15.00 or 60% (whichever amount is greater); and $5.00 or 20% (whichever amount is greater) to the BabbleBee administrative fee.

4. Additional Service Subscription Fees

4.1 A Queen/King Bee will be paid a 10% commission on any additional BabbleBee services - business directory listings, online directory listings, Colony Direct, press releases - that the Queen/King Bee's hive members subscribe to at BabbleBee.

5. Conditions

5.1 BabbleBee will pay all commissions into the Queen/King Bee's BabbleBucks account, when the new hive member has submitted an application or hive transfer form and has paid in full the associated membership dues and/or additional subscription fees. BabbleBee will issue the Queen/King Bee a check on the 1st of every month for any earned commissions that are in her or his BabbleBucks account. The Queen/King Bee will receive the check within 3-7 days of BabbleBee issuing it.

5.2 BabbleBee will only pay commissions on new members, transfers, and services, but will not pay for any renewals.

5.3 BabbleBee will pay the 10% commission on service subscription fees, as defined in Section 4 above, for up to 12 months of subscription. After the first year, the subscription will be considered a renewal.

5.4 If a Queen/King Bee is terminated or leaves BabbleBee, all earned referral and subscription fees will be paid up until the Queen/King Bee's date of termination in the Queen/King Bee program. All fees earned afterwards will be distributed to the BabbleBee administrative fund until a new Queen/King bee is selected for the hive. The Queen/King bee will no longer be eligible for any compensation.

5.5 If a Queen/King Bee wants to be a member at BabbleBee, but is no longer a Queen/King Bee, the Queen/King Bee may join as a member of a hive through the Bee-Invited process. The Queen/King bee will no longer be eligible for any compensation and will be responsible for any associated membership fees.

5.6 BabbleBee reserves the right to charge back a Queen/King bee for any referral or subscription fees that were paid to them for sales, for which, members default on payment, members are issued a credit, or members cancel their service prematurely.
